Food was delicious. Server was poor. I asked for the check when we got the food because we had to leave in 20 minutes to get to our entertainment in DC. He brought the electronic payment device to the table and never came back. Walked past several times to serve other tables and never checked to see if we needed any refills, condiments, etc. Never came back for the payment device either.

We had a fantastic experience at this location. Service was beautiful. We came for my mom's birthday and there was a slight hiccup with our food. The manager came out and let us know and was fantastic. His customer service skills top notch. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks and salsa bowls filled throughout the whole meal. The Chocolate Pinata is an amazing treat for a birthday. Definitely would recommend.

The host and our server were great. The food on the other hand was beyond terrible. The chicken was gummy, pink, and bubbly. The chicken looked boiled instead of grilled. Chicken fajitas aren’t supposed to looked like the attached photo. The manager was somewhat understanding but I think just overall the food was terrible. They did change the menu recently obviously it showed because the food was not worth eating nor paying for. Also was told soggy skin on grilled chicken fajitas was “normal”…Even the spicy margarita we ordered today compared to a couple months ago was a total 180. The drink looked like they just threw it together, presentation was awful. They are also putting coleslaw on everything which makes zero sense and just adds to the already awful food. Would not recommend coming here unless it’s a last resort and you didn’t have any other option.

Food was decent, but not hot at all. Everything served was warm, except the coffee and the ice cream. Selections seem pared down, but still good choices. Servings were large. Heard that the other locations were more lively and had better options.
