Yes I gave it a 1-star for its sushi and Wakame. Mostly tasteless, but good sized portions. The bowls were okay but contains something with an aftertaste (MSG?)!
Okay, I will still recommend the Sample Platter if you're willing to try. Price and quantity are good if you're not into great quality.

Best south sushi, their volcano roll is always something to get. Perfect to pick up take away and have a picnic in the park

Great taste, great value. Soon to be a regular for my work fellows and girlfriend. Easy to order too much because it's reasonable, but trust me; the rolls are very filling. Highly recommend the Lumpia and Aburi Dragon roll.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The appetizers, especially the calamari, was AMAZING. The food is really good and reasonably priced. The place is very casual and minimalistic. Would definitely recommend visiting here.
Generally a fan of Umami Sushi. Sometimes the wait time has been long but you can order ahead to prevent that. Ordered the Garlic Chili Shrimp Bowl today and wasn't disappointed. The noodles were great. The veggies were well cooked but maybe a bit too much cabbage and could have a wider variety of veggies. I purposely ordered this dish because I didn't want tempura shrimp, but the shrimp came in a batter with some thai chili sauce on it. The taste was average. I would patronize again, but they could definitely seek to up their game a bit.
Not the best interior decor to dine in but by far one of the more enjoyable sushi I have experienced. Costumer friendly service and parking isn’t an issue. Their sushi rolls are amazing and their waiting time is usually between 5-10 mins. I would highly recommend trying this place.
Great-tasting food at expected prices, so it's okay. Some shaky tables and uncomfortable seating. The area has the potential to have great dining furnishings and flamboyant, oriental decorations but it has almost next to none. And even if they added a few decorations here and there, that won't be enough. It BEGS for plenty decorations. It's as if the owners want you to buy their food but don't want you to dine in here....at all. Take-out is clearly the only option.
