Amazing restaurant. Was here last week for my friends wedding the food was absolutely sublime. The staff were very friendly, attentive and very professional and the garden outside is simply stunning. One of the best dining experiences I've had in many a year
I didn’t expect so good restaurant in this little town Pyskowice in Silesia region. I heard about this place from my colleagues and recently I slept nearby so I decided to visit it. There is nice design inside but the most important were dishes. I tried snails as a starter, beef tartare, consommé with lamb dumplings and salad with zander fish in tempura. Everything was great and tartare was fantastic. One of the best I have ever eaten. I am lucky because I often visit this region so I am very glad that I will have occasion to try other dishes.
This is a very nice quiet place with a very nice interior decoration in modern yet sober style.
You will appreciate their proposals, and personally I have enjoed their seasonal menu starting with a ciabatta bread with boiled egg, onion, mushrooms, and sauce, and going on with a cold soup of vegetable.
The dessert was really lovable and the coffee short, like we love in Italy.
The price might be a little expensive for ordinary polish people, but absolutely value for money overall.

Unbelievable menu. This is a Polish cuisine fusion. Portions appear little on the smaller side but are so filling that you will not be disappointed. Amazing food, we had no subpar thing in there yet. A must if you're in the area or just passing through.
Really great dining experience. One of few places where food was nicely prepared and the portions were big enough. Stuff was really polite and overall I really enjoyed the service and food quality.

Umami is not only an exceptional restaurant, it is also a beautiful place created by beautiful people. Everyday, a bunch of specialists make sure to create a unique space for their guests, where they can spend lovely time and share those moments with the dear ones. For Umami everything is possible! The staff and managers make sure their guests feel welcome and creatively approach every situation, making sure guest’s wishes (and dreams!) are accommodated. They proved it to us already several times, e.g. organizing our wedding reception which was quite a challenge. ;) We keep on coming back - both for little celebrations and just a casual drink and a meal in the garden. Umami is elegant, serves excellent dishes and has unpretentious atmosphere which all together makes us love it.
Four stars for local standards (three if you compare it to international standards) good quality & interesting cuisine, very good service. Nice decor and grounds. Overall one of the best places in the area.
