I ate here for an early dinner in March 2024. Food was great! I had the squid and the okra fries while drinking a Ulele beer. Food was super tasty and prepared fresh. Beer was good, but I didn't feel it was great. I believe the beer was the Emerald Dragon? Anyway, I sat at the bar and was served pretty quickly. Bartenders were changing shifts, so I kind of got caught in the shuffle. I also personally like air conditioning, but Ulele had all of the doors and windows opened during my visit. It made, for me, a less enjoyable experience. Remember though, the food was on point! This place was really good I loved the oysters! They were the best!! I got a burger and that was good but a bit burnt like taste on the outside. I also got the pink lemonade that was also awesome. And the chocolate gelato was like amazing you need to get it! The service was really nice and very quick! And inside was beautiful! Great decorating. Honestly my favorite restaurant of all time. The folks at Ulele do it right. Whether it is surf, turf, or others, ingredients are strikingly fresh and of high quality. We have been here twice and each time every dish has been scrumptious and extremely well executed. We have never been even a bit disappointed. Food is pricey, but not as bad as other restaurants of similar (but less consistently good) quality. Cuisine is inspired by Seminole tradition. The atmosphere is en pont, located right near the scenic river walk, and sporting an upscale industrial vibe. Servers are knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. Furthermore, Ulele brews its own beer and makes its own ice cream and condiments in house, and at a HIGH level! I Highly recommend. The food here was spectacular! I got the fried calamari and the lobster roll. They put so much lobster in the rolls and I was very pleased. The fries were also fantastic. The calamari was one of my favorites (I get this dish usually from every restaurant that offers). My husband loved the wedge salad and chicken as well. Honestly just an amazing experience. I've given this more thought and have updated my review. I was really excited about this place. I'm a big fan of the Columbia Restaurant Group and the menu looked outstanding. But the truth is all our seafood was overcooked and/or dry. If it happened to one dish, or even one course, that could be a fluke. But it happened to our appetizers and our entrees, including one entree that contained several varieties of seafood. The cocktails were decent and the jalapeno bread is good, but I wouldn't come back just for that.
