Must try in Taunggyi Market, Hin Htote, Steam rice powder with onion leaves and flavored with Jue Myit and Fried Garlic, can be served as a morning snack for Inthar people in Shan State. My favorite is Wat Thachin called Steamed Rice with Pork and Fish rice salad.

My favorite restaurant in Taunggyi. You can get various traditional food. I would like to highly recommend " say-khar soup" " ေဆးခါးဟင္း" and "ဝက္သားခ်ဥ္".

It's a best one where you can have real traditional food.
