HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 pizzas and 12 wings through slice, I go pick up my order and I checked the pizzas to make sure they were made correct or not burnt and they looked fine, so I drive home. Once I get home and go get a slice I quickly realize the pizza isn’t even fully cooked and is still doughy! The wings look like they were cooked yesterday and are dry with no extra sauce on them whatsoever. I called us pizza and tell them my issue and the manager tells me I can come back for more sauce and if I want to bring the pizzas back they can cook them longer for me!! WHAT?! That’s against health code! I told the manager I live 30 minutes from there, I’m not driving back and I just want a refund. He tells me he can give me credit and I told him I’m not coming back to that establishment and he tells me “oh no no not for today for another time” and I explained to him that everytime I go there I have an issue but this has been the worst and I’m not going back there. He tells me to contact slice for a refund then. So after we hang up I contact slice who tells me the manager refuses to give a refund stating the food was fresh & warm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Food can be “warm” and still not cooked, I even told them I can supply photos and slice told me there’s nothing they can do based off the managers response. US Pizza is a gem! Their Philly steak sandwich is great the best around, keep going back for more. The chicken wings are good, and the fries and onion rings complement wonderfully. The consistent quality keep me coming back time and again. Combine that with a diverse menu enchiladas sandwiches, pizza, friendly service and great place to hang out with friends, and you've got an unbeatable experience. A must-visit spot for anyone craving to enjoy a Modelo with friends. Fresh toppings but I don't care for their white sauce, I've had it a couple times now and it's just very bland. The crust is usually on the doughy side. If I could give minus TEN I would I received a delivery order last night at 8:30 pm the whole top of the pizza was BURNT! I figured why call last night figured I would be dealing with the same people that let it go out So I called today when they opened and she said they couldn’t do anything about it! STAY far far away from this place No customer service at all My total order was over $60 Shame on them!! I really like their pizza. The sauce is just the right flavor for me. I'm a spice wimp as far as the heat goes. Their sauce isn't too spicy hot like some places. Food: 5

We ordered vegetarian Mexican food, the enchiladas were only cheese and onions and the taste did not meet up to our expectations 😔 the taco salad was okay it had only lettuce tomatoes cheese and beans and no onions or olives and besides that the Server host wasn't courteous enough to check with us as they were busy packing delivery pizza boxes. Had delivery, very fast and fresh. Good tasting pizza. Will definitely order again. A bit pricey.
