Some kava bars claim to be the first real kava bar, that may or may not be true. Tyeds is just real. My go-to kava/kratom place in town. It's homey and a little rough around the edges but full of some of the most awesome real, genuine and caring folks in town... On both sides of the bar. Opens at 8ish and is a great place to sit and get work done. Staff is friendly and products are diverse. Two pool tables, lots of couches. Friendly to animals. Parking is a little tight at times but they have the lot just south of their building which is a 30 second walk away. Kava and kratom plain or flavored with all natural ingredients... No high fructose corn syrup!
Update: Still rocking it at Tyeds. They are now brewing their tea using leaf! And most importantly, while other Kava places are raising their prices, Tyeds is still the most economical option in town.

Fantastic local teahouse! The owners are cool, excellent at what they do. Products are top notch; they carry many different types of teas, Kombucha, Kratom, Kava, etc. and offer coffee. Their homemade teas are exceptional. Prices are very affordable for the quality. Importantly above all, Tyed's is a place where they treat you like family. People are excepted as they are. I give Tyed's my highest recommendation as a quality Teahouse!

This was my first kava bar experience and it did not disappoint. Relaxed and super positive atmosphere. The kava tender was down to earth, kind and generous. I had kava and a kava kombucha which was delicious. I will definitely be back when I’m in town. Thank you for an awesome experience! 🙏🏼😊
