Great little bookshop with coffee, food, beer/wine and of course….books! They have a comfy interior seating area and friendly staff. The kids section is cute and has small seats/blocks for little ones to hang out. We love Two Friends!
I really love the atmosphere here. I’m from out of state and very glad I found this place. It’s a cool shop where you can grab a drink, grab a book, sit back and just read. It’s a very beautiful place when it’s sunny and when it’s rainy.
Highly recommended for folks who want to just be off the radar for a bit.
There is no bookstore, cafe or group of people who have made me and my family feel more welcome in a new place than everyone at Two Friends. My 2 year old is best friends with one of the book experts/baristas, Morgan. My wife and I retain our sanity while parenting because of their book clubs. We have parent friends because of their story time. They help us with secret gift shopping for each other without letting anything slip.
Yes, Amazon is cheaper. But do they make great recs for books they have actually read while making your child smile and a killer oat latte? Doubt it.
Always a delight to look around at Two Friends! They have a fantastic selection of fiction and nonfiction. I’ve never walked away without 2+ books either one I’ve been looking for or something new that caught my eye. Love love love this shop!
I live in NYC and I've been following Two Friends Books on Instagram from the early days when they had a pop-up at Airship ... This week I was in town and finally got to visit! Such a lovely well-curated and welcoming shop run by awesome people! They serve coffee and sandwiches which you can enjoy right outside with a friend or with your new books. (I got lucky with a 65° day in February.) If you're visiting Bentonville - be sure to visit! Not sure what to read next? Check their bookseller recs. Thank you, Two Friends!
Cute bookstore and nice selection of books, but the service was abysmal. Whoever was working that day only kept talking to their friends instead of helping my spouse and I, didn’t help at all that when we tried to get their attention they didn’t even make eye contact. Maybe we’ll give it another chance since the place seemed like a great spot for folks from different backgrounds to hangout in.
Love the quaint little spot in a very upscale neighborhood. There is an outdoor area to relax and read (when it not the end of world AR heat or blizzard your timbers AR winter). I was one of three patrons in the store, add the attendant and it was crowded. Not a place to pause. Know what you are going for before you stop by but for sure make it a point to so so.
Just the best local bookstore. They’ve got lots of local authors, and especially great for local hiking books. They’re constantly launching the latest popular releases before they’re even on your radar. 📚🥾
Oh my goodness. Get on in there. It has a cool cozy, neighborhood coffee shop feel that I’ve only ever seen in bigger cities. It’s super small which is great and has an sweet shaded patio as well as a great shaded, little spot under the apartment with tables.
One of the best parts is the prices!
$4 latte
$2 drip coffee and espresso
$7 sandwhiches.
They’re the only independent bookstore in Bentonville if I’m not mistaken and they add cool little touch to everything like when you leave they have a little spot to grab a poem.
The coffee is great too. Their espresso is the Airships Black Apple. I’m not a huge fan of it, but most people are. However, I did love their Ethiopian. I got it black and I don’t usually but it was perfect and had some nodes of blueberry.
I hear the lemonade is outstanding.
Get a sandwich. They’re so much better than you expect. All their ingredient are made fresh. They have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
They call it Two Friends cause it’s owned by Monic & Rachel and they couldn’t find a Phoebe. Hahah!
If you’re new in town and you want to find the places that aren’t where everyone will tell you about and are secretly much better - go to either 211 Cafe or Two Friends. They’re perfect.
