Took a chance on a new place. Their online menu prices don’t reflect their takeout prices. We ordered honey walnut shrimp/prawns, chicken chow mein, mandarin chicken, and steamed rice. The shrimp were served on a bed of wilted lettuce, that stuck to the thick sauce. Slightly soggy, but decent taste wise, large, with a good portion size nonetheless. The chicken chow mein was okay, nothing impressive. The rice was, well, rice. However, the mandarin chicken was awful. It was sticky mush that was desperately lacking flavor. We are only 15 minutes out from the restaurant, freshly fried chicken should NOT be that soggy. Tasted like it was under a warmer all day. I could’ve gotten better chicken from the freezer aisle. I calculated the price on the menu, with tip, my total should have been around $67, I was overcharged $10 for god knows what, and ended up paying almost $80. Overall, the food was extremely disappointing. I won’t eat here again, and will discourage others to do so as well. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2
