Buffet style work dinner in a perfect size private dining room with 3 large round tables. Bartender & 2 servers (shared with another pvt party nearby were terrific! Everyone enjoyed the delicious food & the small bites of tiramissou for dessert was my personal fav - really fabulous! 😋 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My husband and I had a gift card for this restaurant. We had previously enjoyed our experience at their seaport location and were excited to try the Burlington location. From the minute we walked in, it was a terrible experience. The hostess was rude and we were sat late despite a reservation. We were seated in the darkest corner of the restaurant and I couldn’t even read the menu without using my flashlight. Service was very slow to start and throughout the meal. We ordered the octopus and it was inedible. We then ordered steaks which were good but not great. Ordered the truffle risotto and it was lacking in flavor. Server never checked on us after our meals were served. Thank goodness we had a gift card. Steer clear of this location and go to seaport instead. We’ve been here for Valentine’s Day, not sure if the busy night affected the service of this restaurant, but we had to wait 30 minutes for our reserved table. I took more than 1 hours since our reservation to get some food. The appetizers were fine, after we had scallops that were tasteless and probably the worst New York steak of my life, basically like eating a shoe sole. The waitress was very nice and the ambience was cozy, apart from this for me is definitely a big disappointment and I won’t come back. I've been here on a Wednesday night and now a Saturday night. There is a huge difference in service and food. For one thing, it's bizarre to me that the staff on this Saturday gave us a plate of olive oil and bread, after being asked for it 3 times, with partially chewed olives. They gave us used olive oil WITH PREVIOUSLY CHEWED OLIVES. That alone is enough to give it no stars. I don't care if any restaurant's food is amazing and service is spectacular, once you give food that had already been eaten to your customers, big huge NO. The creme brulee is scrambled eggs. The cannoli is missing 1/3 of it's filling in the middle. The meatball is good, but hard to stomach with a plate of previously chewed food next to it. Most of the staff is terrible, forgetful, and need training. The female bartender, though, really good. Just sit at the bar or go M-W, when they aren't busy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My husband and I went to Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington, MA for the first time on Thanksgiving day this year. It was our first time dining there. We were extremely impressed with the menu, our delicious meals, their exceptional service and ambience. Every aspect of our experience at Tuscan Kitchen was memorable in the best possible way. The GM stopped by our table and also chatted with us for a few minutes as we were leaving. The entire staff went above and beyond which is very impressive on a busy holiday. It will definitely be our “go to“ restaurant for future special occasions. I highly recommend you try Tuscan Kitchen. I promise you’ll be glad you did! What a meal!!! Being Italian and spending most of my time with homemade meals I can really appreciate this place. Everything was fresh and home made. A great cocktail menu with classic Italian drinks and some fun ones. I went with a spicy blood orange margarita. I’m t was top notch. Then the meatball was to die for. Cooked to perfection full of flavor. For the meal I went with the tortellini stuffed with short rib. Was very interesting and very good. Was impressed with portion size. Atmosphere was wonderful as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Staff was super personable and fun making it a great overall evening. I recommend this place to anyone looking to go out and have a nice meal!!!! VS approved 2 thumbs up!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Service and atmosphere is truly 5 stars ... some of the food could be improved though... like questioning if bartenders forgot to add the wine and the brandy in a $15 sangria, or maybe adding hot spice glazing to the bed of sweet potatoes of the grilled salmon... (really felt like salm on top of Thanksgiving pekan pie!)... well, to be fair salmon was grilled to perfection with unsurpassed crispiness on top ... but hey it should be expected for a $60 meal... right :)? This Tuscan Kitchen has impressed me the most out of all of the Tuscan Villages! This Kitchen is huge! I'll keep my thesaurus in my pocket so I don't find more adjectives! I was surprised how much was here! They have seasonal outdoor dining as well. The bar 🍻 is big and that was where I sat. The bartender who took care of me was awesome 👍! I don't want to mention her name 📛 so she doesn't end up with unwanted "friends" on her social media accounts. I think she has been with this Kitchen since it opened, which has been 9 years. I visited on a Friday between 4-6 PM. I had Caprese for an appetizer. My meal was Short Rib Pappardelle and my dessert was tiramisu with a cappuccino. All were good 👍👍! The bartender suggested the Short Rib and I am glad 😊 she did! The meat 🍖 was very tender! The only issue was that the Tiramisu had too much Cocoa powder on top 🔝. I accidentally inhaled some of it and I almost had a coughing fit. I had a gift certificate through the rewards program which they were able to process. Prices are high but the portions were good. Plenty of parking 🅿️ spaces. The bathroom was in good condition. I used to run janitorial crews so I noticed the attention to cleaning. I recommend this Tuscan Kitchen!
