The food and drinks were delicious. The waitress was very kind and patient. Service was quick. I went on Saturday around 7 and it had a great atmosphere. Great lighting and music. This review is not about the place itself but about the server Mikayla's behaviors. My boyfriend and I went there for brunch and after we were seated at a very bright table, I started feeling sick with a strong headache and asked her for a simple accommodation - to change us to another table once it became available. Her answer was: NO, I can't because there are other ppl waiting to be seated. I explained to her the situation and she told me again, no, she could not. I again explained that it was simple accommodation and that I was NOT requesting to keep both tables, just to change locations because again, I was getting a strong headache because of the direct sunlight. She told me, no again and left. Once 2 seats opened up at the bar, we just moved to the bar. No, I didn't ask her bc, it's a bar area and we didn't see a reason to ask again. She brought my juice in a broken glass and only my boyfriend's food. While all the ppl around us received their food, even the ppl who got our table after we left, I waited for about 30 minutes to receive mine and it was COLD. No, sure if she gave my food to another table or if she deliberately did not put my order in. Either way, I hope the owners or manager see this review and take a look at the security system or food system and talk to her. Echoing other reviwes that said that employees won't acknowledge you! I just wanted to order coffee to go, there was a line at the register, and when my turn came, the lady at the register (who looked like an owner or a manager) just left and started running orders to tables! she didn't say a word to me, anything like "we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait", nothing! And other employees behind the bar were avoiding making eye contact to acknowledge your presence! After 10 mins waiting at the cashier finally an employee came to take my order! to top it off, the coffee was weak! Service: 1
