This is the only Chick-fil-A (related) restaurant I've had trouble with in the past and again this visit I received grilled chicken instead of breaded on my salad. I took it as a sign I should have made the healthier choice. I am sure they would have fixed it if I went back but I didn't have time for that. Not a big deal. The food all tasted good. I’ve visited this location three times in the past five days and have only successfully had ONE good visit. This morning I came at 10:25 to get breakfast, I put my order in and tapped before coming to the front. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I finally was passed my bag of what I THOUGHT to be my food only to pull over and see I was given the wrong order. Less than 30 seconds later I walk into the restaurant and I’m told it’s no longer breakfast so nothing can be done, WELL OBVIOUSLY! I wouldn’t even care to write a review but for this to be what’s advertised as the pinnacle of care and customer service is consistently lackluster. This has to be one of the best Chick-fil-As ever. It's not designed at all like a normal Chick-fil-A, and it looked like they had a "resuraunt" with waitresses off to the side. Everything was delicious, but we got a to go order, and we were missing a sandwich. We didn't check very well before we left, and it was too late. We stopped after a cross country meet. Service was excellent and the food was served hot & fresh. Ordered a 3 count tender meal and then had to get back in line for the fried okra which was very delicious! The workers were rude to begin with, didn’t know the menu or system and they got my order totally wrong. I had asked for the NON spicy filet with NO BLUE CHEESE and it’s like I asked for extra. I was in a hurry for work and didn’t have a chance to eat it until now and I can’t even eat it because of certain allergies. Honestly very disappointed. Delicious, clean, quick experience. We loving eating here and experiencing a different Chick-fil-a menu. Customer service was outstanding as it always is, food presentation alone made our mouth salivate. We love stopping here with family from out of town every chance we get!
