Nothing against tropical smoothie because it is a franchise. However, that smoothie bowl was absolutely ridiculous canned pineapples mangoes weren’t fresh the size of a happy meal. I didn’t understand what was going on for $10. Stick to the smoothies. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is by far the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I've been to. The smoothies and food are great . The staff is always so helpful and the owner Steve is one of the friendliest people. He treats his employees well and is always there making sure things are running smooth. Love this place!

This tropical smoothie is the best smoothie place on the market. The cashier Matt gave me exceptional service!! My order was made very quickly and was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend coming here!!

I get the pomegranate punch all the time at a different location (rockypoint) and yet when I get it here at this location it literally taste like straight garbage. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a smoothie here where it taste horrible so I’ve just had enough and finally decided to go back and ask for a refund. All the girls were cursing and just fooling around in the back and when I asked for a refund they can’t give me a refund so when I ask for a different drink then bc they clearly can’t make the drink I want right they tell me I have to pay if it’s another type of drink. no shift leader or manager came to talk to me instead they sent the girl on register to talk to me while I saw eyes looking at me from the back some type of service you guys have going here… and if your shift leader or a manger can’t do their job maybe you should hire a new one!

Past two times ive ordered delivery and they didnt follow my special instructions or include my add on sauces. Centerreach and lake grove locations never forget my special instructions so thats frustrating. Hopefully it gets better i love tropical smoothie.

Ordered a jerk chicken wrap and sunrise smoothie. Both equally delicious. Cashier (male) was courteous and friendly. The wait was decent for order type and restaurant spacious and clean. Good experience- will return.

Yesterday, I purchased Thai crunch island flat bread at another tropical smoothie location. It was tasty, delicious and the presentation was so on point that I wanted to try it again. So, I did, today, but this time at this location and I was terribly disappointed. The back and edges of the bread were burnt, it was missing scallions and cilantro toppings, and it looked as if it was thrown together. it was quite unappetizing. I would not purchase it at this location again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Chx baja wrap was amazing my 1st time there. This time, not so much. I didn't even finish it. Can't say why tho. Was given the option of a banana, apple, kale salad(?) Or chips for a side. Banana shown in photo. Made me laugh. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
