Only one person working on my large door dash order. I felt very sorry for the employee. Had to wait for my order way too long. Very disappointing.disappointing

Poor customer service from the manager. Never acknowledged when we entered. Continued a conversation with an individual who was not a customer for several minutes while we stood there. When we asked if we could order she was rude during the entire process. It was like dealing with a child who didn’t get her way. Definitely not what I would expect from a manager. Firstly, I would like to say that the employees here are incredibly hard working and dedicated to the craft. Most notably Trent who has tremendous customer service experience and perfected my wrap and smoothie everytime (despite the clearly malfunctioning blender). Secondly, I found the owner to be a quite disturbed individual. I noticed several times during my various visits he approaches his employees in a disrespectful and condescending tone. He seems like the type of person who’d steal wages from his employees. Which he probably does since they all look like high schoolers. I also notice he takes up too many parking spaces that are closer to the restaurant with his suv. Those should be reserved for costumers ONLY. Other than that I enjoy my food everytime.
