New Alert!!!! I received some coupons in the mail for this new location. I had no idea this place was there and open. As soon as we opened the door, all the staff looked and welcomed us in. Everything in the place had a nice tropical vibe from the chairs to the uniforms and the pictures on the wall. I wanted to try something to eat and a smoothie. I went with the chicken bacon ranch flatbread with a kale salad for my side item. The strawberry hibiscus name caught my eye, so I ordered it, too. Everything was really good and prepared well. All orders are cooked to order they even have an app to place your ahead of time. I did see people coming in for their order, and it was ready. I can tell the staff is was very punctual and attentive to everyone who walked in. I can't wait to come back.

This is my favorite place in Gastonia. The food is really healthy and refreshing. The customer service is amazing. The smoothies are to die for and I’m really glad that they opened up here in Gastonia. This is my favorite place to eat and it’s healthy too.

One of the best places to eat in gastonia. Food taste good and does not leave you feeling bad or bloated after. A very friendly staff gave me plenty of time to look through the menu and answered questions I had about the smoothies. I brought my 3 kids with me and the gentleman who made their smoothies handed the smoothies to them with a smile. Kid friendly for sure!

Good customer service. Really big and filling smoothies. Love that they have vegan chicken. Got the buffalo chicken wrap w vegan chicken. Had to remove the cheese and ranch, but I wish they had filled it with more veggies as a substitute (not an option online).
Awesome food and smoothies, about $15 for a wrap, side, and smoothie but the smoothie is HUGE and filling. The kale slaw side dish is wonderful. Advice to management is to add some more seating, please!
