After a long day of work I stopped here for a refreshing drink and there was a white woman with a nose piercing at the register with a bad attitude. I asked her a question about the contents of some of the shakes and she responded “I don't know” when she is supposed to know that information. She just didn't want to give good service. Her service was very rude. After that she yelled at a guy who was in the kitchen in front of all the people who were there and that should not be like that because it creates a bad environment for the employees and for the consumer... The girls who were preparing the orders They had an uncomfortable face. But they were the only ones who treated consumers well. This woman shouldn't be providing consumer services anyway. She is SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I used to order from here 3 times a week.
But lately I don’t know who the manager is now, but In the past week all 4 of my orders were wrong. Every time I call the store they blame it on the delivery service, and vice a versa. When I call and ask for the manager they take my name and number but they do not call me back, honestly they don’t care. They get paid regardless. Never will I go to this tropical smoothie again!!!! 4 sandwiches lost and never received my money. I know times are bad, but as an owner, you should be ashamed of yourself! Good bye!!!! 👋

Every experience I've ever had here, probably once a month for 5 years or more, has been extraordinary! The girls are always incredible, kind, accommodating, and keep up with cleanliness!♡ I'm truly impressed, they know their stuff and still serve with a smile on the longest days! Thank you guys, I know this location is always reliable, especially tonight when I'm about ready to have a baby and just really really needed my smoothie!🥹💖🩵
