Saw a tiktok were if you don't tip them they break a bit of the cup off so it leaks, wanted to see if it was true. They broke a bit off so it leaked(could have been a faulty cup but I woulda gotten a new one), I bet they don't tip their McDonald's workers or Starbucks workers or Wendy's. Companys should pay there workers more so they do their job. Work somewhere else if you need that tip to live.. though it's Deerfield so if you live here you definitely don't need that tip LOL. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Smoothies are yummy, but you can't go by the hours posted on the main entrance door. Doors are locked 10-15 minutes before closing. I wish they would leave one blender available for the 15 minutes before turning customers away. 😒 You'll find yourself pulling on the door as the employee motions store is closed. I get it time to go home! 😫

I came in on Sunday, 9/24 and there was only 1 employee. Jessica. She was handling everything. Mobile orders, Uber Eats, dine-in orders. The line was all the way to the door; you could tell she was exhausted but was able to remain professional. God bless her patience!!
Some of the customers were being rude. Then again, the area explains it all.
They need to hire more employees!!! Nonetheless, great service, and I will be coming back.
