The girl at the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. She took at least 5 mins before anyone came in the speaker to take my order and she pretty much shoved my order at me when I got to the window. I ordered a pomegranate plunge and a side of the Maple Kissed Sweet Potato’s.. it came with 6 small pieces for almost $2. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Terrible experience!! Went through the drive through for a simple quesadilla and smoothie. Everything was fine with the first gentleman that helped us until this young brunette girl came to give us our order. Never have a I felt so disrespected and unwanted in a place. When she handed me the order she practically threw it in my hands, and I all I got verbally was “here.” Not good representation at all. This was around 4:45 - 5:00pm 3/3/24

I ordered a smoothie and it tasted so bad that I gagged. In my opinion, the smoothie tasted of what I can only guess was chalk and sanitizer (I hope I didn't drink sanitizer). Also, my cup was missing about a quarter of the mix. I hope this comment is taken seriously, because I may just report this location to the Tulsa County Health Department and the company itself, for everyone's safety. Staff, especially you kids, please take your job seriously and give it your all. If you guys want to play around, do your make-up, and be on your phone, then just quit your job. Society is better off without you.

My friend and I was there today for my first time, won't go back. Employee threw our food on table twice and was cussing in kitchen behind the wall where we were sitting. I asked for the manager and she said I will have a talk with her. We should have asked for our money back. If you're going to work in the service industry respect who pays for your wages or get a job where your not seen!!

As other reviews have said, the service was the worst thing at this location. My mother and I went in today to grab a couple of smoothies and a bite to eat. As we walked in, all the employees were standing at the front counter giggling but as soon as we walked in they scattered except for one girl. Weird but whatever. No one ever said a word to us. So since it was my first time there I wanted to take a few minutes to look over their menu and my mother was explaining to me the items she liked and such. But the girl at the register never made any suggestions. Instead she just stood their staring at us and tapping her fingers on the counter like we were taking too long. There was no one else inside or in the drive thru so I'm gonna take my time. So we order and this girl very angrily shoves the receipt at my mother. She takes it and we sat down. A few minutes later the same girl bring our food over and literally threw it on the table... Then she came back with our smoothies and basically slammed them down. Still never saying a word. Our food and the smoothies were fine, but after we began eating one of the other employees was standing on the other side of the short wall next to us and begins loudly mock barfing... Seriously? You DO NOT do that in a restaurant! We were so disgusted we almost got up, said something to the manager and walked out, but instead we decided to file a formal complaint with corporate. Which we did. Also the name of the girl who took our orders was Victoria. According to other reviews she is the manager and judging from what others have said, even if we did complain she probably would've have cared. We will NEVER give this location our business ever again. What a joke.

the smoothies are good food is okay but the service makes me not want to go back the girl i think her name was victoria working the drive through was rude had no customer service skills and i know because im a server and its not hard to be kind and at least act like you like your job. i usually dont write reviews but the girl really shouldn’t be in drive through if she acts like that

Is it politcy to not be greeted and just stared at as you walk in?? Think the people that work here should find another profession. Almost walked out if not for the one nice lady here, Natalie, should be the boss lady. Make that happen and Ill come back. I would be embarrassed to own this store.

We like the food, but this location is so hard to get in and out of. The drive thru line blocks customers from entering and leaving the other businesses in this building. You need a bigger spot badly!!!
