The cups that they serve drinks are not good to hold liquid.
The cup broke and the whole drink spilled in middle of car. I asked employer that we lost drink if we could get another one and she made me pay full price while we just in front of the store. My car was parked right in front of the store. I asked at least if they can do fifty percent off. Nope i paid full price.
Not courteous at all.
Starbucks always refills drinks if we spill. I mean we r human. But here's the thing the cup broke from the bottom. I really expected some kindness. We were already stressed out on how to clean cup holders inside the car.
I love tropical smoothie and this was the most unpleasant experience I have had. My flatbread was cold and the smoothie was wrong. I have never thrown away a smoothie before but it was a mockery of what I usually get.
Beware! Their smoothies are good- but when it’s time to pay- their system is already set up to include a 15% tip. For someone not paying attention or an older person it’s very easy to tap the card without seeing that the 15% tip included. I need to scroll down to select “no tip”. Pathetic!! Stop tricking people into tipping for fast food!
So I was denied food service when the closed at 9pm and was told by the staff they do not serve food after 845 pm even though I got to this establishment 846 a minute late they refused to serve me highly disappointed do not recommend this location even though they close at 9, I would have understood if they was closed and me getting there 5 minutes before closing but not 14 minutes of closing this is poor customer service I should’ve received my order despite the time I want to order my food I should be told not a problem I thought customer service was a priority at this establishment but apparently not with the staff that is employed there
Tried a new Tropical Smoothie location yesterday on a very hot July afternoon here outside our Nation’s Capital. Greatness — coming healthy even — in a tall cup. So exquisitely pleasant when done right! Made up quick & freshly, exactly as ordered, and presented by a smiling, friendly, young gal at the counter. 👍👍🏾👍🏿
…And all that’s what should be expected from any franchise food-service company that chooses to set itself apart by the importance of good customer appreciation!💛
