This was absolute tastebud heaven! Hubby tried the Salted Caramel Latte and I had the Marshmallow Latte. Both tasted amazing! Baby bum had a (huuuuuge) Chocolate Babyccino and loved it! Then for lunch, we each had a French Toast Bagel with Camembert & Bacon, and a slice of Carrot Cake to share. The inside is beautifully decorated in a chic industrial style with plenty of seating and they also have a nice rewards system in place where you can get a free drink of your choice, after collecting 6 digital Trinity Stamps. Great little spot on a main road with excellent coffee, and cold drinks made with homemade flavourings - definitely worth a visit. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person R 50–100
Excellent coffee. Truly brilliant and passionate barista’s found here. Food is really (salmon bagel and chicken mayo bagel) good but the cappuccino and flat white is the real attraction. They do have almond milk and oat milk for those looking for the milk alternatives. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 150–200 Recommended dishes Chicken & Mayo Bagel

Fantastic in every way! Special shout to Willard who went above & beyond in our coffee tasting - knowledgeable AND very helpful. Check out his barista art too - fancy! 😀 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It’s indeed the best coffee in town if not in South Africa, and the owner is very passionate about coffee, highly recommended and high quality coffee. Service Dine in Price per person R 1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Top in so many things : 1. kindest staff and management, 2. best coffee (sorry, Jared, but you paused the machine!), 3. absolutely the fastest fibre line, and 4. the biggest, most delicious (and most affordable!) vegetarian breakfast bagel on the Garden Route. Service Dine in
Personal service, great barista brewed gourmet coffees, and best of all, home roasted selection of international beans. The location is perfect, lots of easy parking right at the premises and the ambiance is inviting and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the fresh cake!
Trinity is always a must in knysna and Ive been visiting them for the past 2 years everytime im down, Coffee is great and the opportuinty to buy the beans is always great, Trinity is my morning coffee stop every morning. Speaks for itself that they hardly had any beans for sale towards the end of our trip, but luckily we can buy online. Was let down by the runners not cleaning tables after guests had left, and its not the most pleasent trying to enjoy a coffee with breakfast plates piled onto the corner of the table. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 1–50 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Honey Almond Latte
I ordered the Eggs Benedict, it was served on a bamboo board which makes it very difficult to eat and the Hollandaise was very runny and split. Okay-ish but I'm afraid I won't return. Coffee was very good though. Price per person R 100–150 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
