Just had Luis as a server, I love him. Might even leave my wife for him he was so good. Huge portions! My plate measured two forks across, my gut was hanging over my belt by the end of my meal. Super good food! Would definitely recommend. Will likely wear stretchy pants next time I visit. Eat here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Our server at this restaurant was very good, he was extremely attentive and courteous. We visited on a Friday night, it was extremely crowded, but we were seated immediately. The food came out hot and fresh, and did not take long (considering how crowded the restaurant was). This was a good experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Nacho Chips and Salsa
Friend brought us here for dinner. I was second doubting it. Cause it was empty just about when we was there. But I give our server a high 5. Also the food was the best I had since last year. At a restaurant in eastern Washington. So thank you. I well be back for sure. 😋🤤 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fresh Salsa and Chips

Delicious Mexican food. Outstanding service. Very nice & friendly people. I had the carne asada & shrimp & it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Steak was perfectly cooked, moist, juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned. The shrimp was very tasty. Excellent meal. I will be back.

Food was okay. Would have actually dined again. I was overcharged for a menu item by $2. I brought this up before he took payment. The description said your choice of rice and beans or a cup of tortilla soup for $19.99. Was charged $21.99. He said that they charge extra for soup and pulled put a menu and it said the opposite if what he was telling me. Then he said that the computer just overcharges for that item. Was also charged for the little dish of pico they bring to the table when you sit down. Shady and deceptive. I can't continue to support places like this. He wouldn't make it right even after discovering the error prior to payment. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. We sit in the bar and every single time service is amazing. Luis and the staff are attentive, speedy, fun, nice, and funny. The pico that you get with chips is our favorite. Love their drinks and all their food! We are here once a week for the great environment, food and service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Since moving from California, I have had trouble finding great Mexican food until now. Tres Hermanos has the best service, the best atmosphere, and most importantly the best food. Highly recommend! The food was delicious. Prices are more reasonable than where I usually go. It could use some fresh painting and cleaning inside. The staff was professional but not very engaged. I would go back again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
My experiences at Tres Hermanos have been a bit of a rollercoaster, and it's challenging to give a definitive rating. At times, the food and service have been outstanding, while on other occasions, I've left questioning whether it was worth the visit. Let's start with the positives. When Tres Hermanos gets it right, they really shine. The food, on its good days, is delicious and authentic, showcasing the flavors of Mexican cuisine. The menu is diverse, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The ambiance is pleasant, and the décor adds a nice touch to the dining experience. On the flip side, there have been visits when I've regretted stepping through the door. The inconsistency in both food quality and service is perplexing. It's not a matter of how busy the restaurant is, as it has never been crowded during my visits. Yet, there are times when the service is slow, and the food falls short of the standards I've experienced on better days. The staff's friendliness varies, which contributes to the mixed experience. Some servers go above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience, while others seem disinterested or inattentive. This inconsistency in service quality adds an unpredictable element to the overall visit. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant itself is well-designed and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the overall experience is marred when the service and food don't align with the expectations set during previous visits. In conclusion, Tres Hermanos has the potential to be a great dining spot, but the inconsistency in both food quality and service leaves me hesitant to wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a bit of a gamble – you might have an exceptional experience, or you might leave disappointed. If they can address the inconsistency issues, Tres Hermanos could truly shine as a reliable and enjoyable dining option. From the moment I entered, it was evident that hospitality was not a priority for the owner. Her perpetual scowl and disdainful glares cast a shadow over what could have been an enjoyable meal. It felt as though every bite was accompanied by a side serving of judgment, leaving me to wonder why anyone would choose to subject themselves to such an unwelcoming atmosphere willingly. The ambiance, rather than being warm and inviting, was stifling. The elderly owner's attitude permeated every corner of the restaurant, creating an atmosphere that left much to be desired. It's disheartening to witness someone who appears to have lost touch with the essence of hospitality and the joy that comes from sharing a good meal with others. In summary, my visit to Tres Hermanos left me with an overwhelming sense of disappointment. The culinary experience was overshadowed by an owner who seemed more interested in maintaining a bitter facade than in cultivating a welcoming environment. It's my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the owner to reevaluate her approach to running a restaurant and rediscover the true essence of hospitality.
