Restaurant in the city center, pleasant location and interior. Unfortunately the service was confused and unhelpful and the food was disappointing. We ordered soup and pizza sticks for two. The tomato soup was not warm enough and bland, more sweet than anything else. They didn't bring the pizza sticks until after we finished the soup (and we weren't rushing), so we ordered two sauces - the yogurt one was actually mayonnaise, and they didn't bring the cheese sauce after we finished eating the pizza bread. When we said that we don't want more sauce now, because it doesn't make sense anymore, the staff didn't even apologize and we had to actively ask ourselves to delete the item from the account. Quite nice italian restaurant in heart of Nitra. I am not a fan of pasta but the fettuccine with octopus was really good. The staff was a mixed bad. One nice, one cold. But they were really bussy. Menu is big, prices are ok and restaurant is nice and clean. But it needs some renovation. Despite being quite big and in a part of town were are many restaurants, the restaurant was full.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The stuff was more than lovely and helpful. We ordered steak with Italian red wine and it was exactly what we imagined. We will definitely return here.

Food bland and boring, service arrogant and the place a bit worn down. Also, they were out of several key ingredients and the potatoes tasted old. Very far from genuine Italian cuisine.

Just a typical "Italian" tourist trap restaurant. Service is basically non existing and most of the staff lack the basic English skills. Many dishes on the menu they don't have but the waitresses don't know this, instead they come back to to later and ask to order something else. Saw this happen on the several neighboring tables as well. Food was eatable but nothing special or specially well made. Tried pizza and some chicken, both were try and boring. They are also surprisingly eager to take away your plate before you are finished although there are empty tables around.

We came in from the street without browsing reviews or checking star ratings from Google Maps. Later I was very surprised to find such a low rating, 3.5 at the time of writing. It is true that food took a LONG time to prepare even though we were the only guests who ordered that time. But based on the 3 dishes we ate I think it's well worth the wait. The food served was virtually appealing and plain delicious. The menu itself is extensive and imaginative. This is definitely not the type of cuisine you'd think of finding sitting in the touristy walking street next to a Chinese restaurant (named Panda like all of them in Slovakia) and across from the pretty ugly theater building. There are not many restaurants that I mark as "definitely visit again" but this one is. Just make sure to know there will be a longer wait. I'd suggest the servers bring some toast or grissini for the longer wait.
