It seems like till now you did not the reviews into consideration as the petrol station as whole is becoming worse what is management doing about it, the toilets why are they in this state no cleaners for them they are all broken filthy smelling, inside the shop your employees give us the worst customer service ever their bad attitude it is like they making clients a favour we will do definitely a petition about this petrol station as clients because you have made it clear that you don’t care about the clients views especially regarding toilets
