Please, be aware that this fuel station is operating fuel fraud/scam.
We have re-topped our tank before heading back to CT (level before tanking 1/4). 3 cashiers was operating around our car 03.02.2024 transaction time 12:51). My partner at the driver seat was distracted by his phone during the fuel up. Two cleaned all our windows keeping a lot of soap on the windows (the last time we tanked they only cleaned the front window) and I was wondering why they took a lot of time to finish the fulling. My partner payed and once he looked at the bill, we had fulled for 52 liters. Which he though was strange as we never fueled more that 30-40 liters. We have checked the rental car manuel and our car has a 45 liter capacity including the 7 liter of reserve. It’s a no brainer… once we saw the recipt later on and realized that we got scamed.
We calculted that we were scamed for an amount of 10- 15liters!
My advice for the future: Keep your eyes on the cashier (keep the window open or get out of the car to monitor what they are doing and check that the full has been resetted to zero between 2 customers. (We read online for advices)
We believe that trusted majors brands such as Total would be correct but apparently, the people on the field are commiting fraud to customers. The management must be involved and stop those frauds.
Was there to fill up after the renovation. The staff didn't seem to be wanting to work that day, both normal friendly greeting or attention to detail as before seemed lacking.Maybe just a bad day
Friendly staff but need to be told before hand that we can't fill up 2L bottles. Did not know we couldn't after a staff member said we need a funnel to fill up the 2L bottles....
