Tortilla uptown is my favorite place for brunch / lunch uptown. I enjoy casual lunch spots with exceptional food and this is the place. Everything is flavorful, fresh and feels good to eat. Don't sleep on this spot! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a waste of a space. What used to be a cool looking rustic restaurant now looks like a Mexican dive restaurant. I love a Mexican dive restaurant that has really good authentic oaxacan or pueblen food. But this place basically has tacos burritos and a few other things. Would have been so nice if there were a really great higher end oaxacan Mexican restaurant in Kingston. Instead we got a very average taco place where the staff have a bad attitude.
