I ordered the scallywag it was my favorite out of my whole order besides the queso, the democrat wasn't good because the avocado was hard I couldn't eat it. But the queso is always good. I rated 3 for atmosphere because the music was too loud and people talking loud,kids climb the walls that is near the order station and tables. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Great casual place to have some tacos, queso and a drink. Megan at bar is the best! Fun and attentive. We like to ride our bikes and have a couple drinks on a Sunday. There are 2 things I think they should improve. First is the beef 🥩 quality, there is always chewy and rubbery pieces in the beef tacos. And second, the rewards expire in 2 weeks, those should last much longer IMHO. All other things are good! Actually had an issue where they forgot to put chicken in my burrito bowl. I called and Sam answered, she was quick to apologize and help me out. Appreciate the customer service and the rest of my food was great! Queso and elote are always perfect. My experience at Torchy's was quite pleasant! I was greeted with a friendly smile by the cashier on duty, Sarah. She was very friendly while maintaining professionalism, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a review, which I rarely do. Friendly service is not so common these days, in my experiences, so thank you to Sarah for bringing some sunshine to everyone you come into contact with as you represent Torchy's. The cuisine and experience has definitely fallen off drastically. Recipes have changed or lack attention. Definitely doesn’t taste like it used to. Portions are laughable, and prices have increased significantly? If you’re going to raise the prices, at least provide decent portions. One skinny chicken strip or a 1/3 cup of meat in a taco with store bought tortillas is offensive for +$5.00. I think they have gotten too large and forgot where they came from. I order from here pretty often. Today's order was absolutely horrible. The meat portion in the Matador taco was very dry and tough and I didn't get the normal amount of meat I usually get. I understand that inflation has us all spending more $$$ and in many cases, getting less. This was exactly the case this time around. My tacos were incredibly small. Lastly, the queso tasted very different from what I've had before. It had the consistency and taste profile of tomato soup. Yikes is the place expensive! We don't mind expensive if the service is good and the food is worth it but wow were we disappointed. There is almost nobody working here. There is no silverware and no napkins for our $75 lunch. It's for your safety, of course. Just ask someone if you need something... if you can find them. Oh, when you check out at the front you are asked to pay a 20% or 30% tip because you know, someone pressed buttons on the register. Never again.
