Consistently good pizza and sandwiches. Although they are sometimes very busy, it's one of our favorite pizza restaurants. We love the Spicy Garlic Italian pizza. The Carnitas pizza is very good as well. I highly recommend this location. Fantastic Italian spicy pizza I asked cooked well,it was perfectly crispy,not a doughy pizza,some crispppppier spots,loved it, Crispy pepperoni,crust the best..the best combo ,cozy atmosphere, I've been to 3 other locations,much bigger,newer style but all great service and food dont forget the raspberry jalapeño poppers... I travel for work and when I go to Ventura county I make sure I stop by,no Toppers pizzas in San Bernardino County, maybe Fontana will get a Toppers. great local pizzeria here in simi Valley. we ordered the Hawaiian heat. it's absolutely delicious it is a sweet and spicy great combination for pizza. it also comes with chicken Canadian bacon pineapple jalapeños. it's a must try. Came here to get pizza with family. I got pizza from here before and it’s good. However the service is atrocious! Everyone was rude. Overstaffed but they weren’t helpful, they didn’t tell us when the beer was available. I got the salad bar, the interpretation of salad bar is that you can get a refill, that was my impression. But that was not the case. I went there thinking you can get refills like (Chuck e cheese, sizzler etc.) and I was yelled at that I can’t get refills. Then another employee also yelled at me across the kitchen that I can’t get seconds. Seriously? Was that necessary? I was already walking away. They act like I was shoplifting. Have they initially communicated with me the rules of the salad bar, I would have not approached the 2nd time. Regardless if pizza was good, Staff and customer service experience falls very short where I wouldn’t want to come here again. Unprofessional. Hire better people. Ordered a couple pizzas to be picked up with a cost of $50 plus. When I got home of the Pizzas was not what I ordered so I called and reported. They told me next time I order they would replace the pizza, so I decided to get a pizza this week. Of course they did not have anything on file and said no record of me calling.
