Had pizza from this location many times and think it has it's own unique taste and menu. They have a nice space and seats to wait in between the counter and the entrance and I've never had a problem with my order or any orders I've picked up for Uber, as well as communication about order status 10/10. My family got take out. It was our first time having Toppers pizza and it was unbelievably good. Used a coupon and got a large sausage and pepperoni pizza and an order of Topper stix for $16. Delivery driver was amazing. She has delivered to me numerous times. The GM (I believe his name is Zach) is adamant about rushing through everything. I called in to order and had asked if I had any points to redeem (as I order from toppers two or three times a week). His instant response was no. A few seconds later he corrected his response and said I had $10 on rewards I could use. This has happened multiple times. I understand the college kids are gone, but don’t take out your anger and frustration on me Zach. Without customers you wouldn’t have a job. You’ve done this rushing thing multiple times with me and it’s infuriating. Not to mention, I’ve heard from multiple delivery drivers who have delivered to me that you’re taking it out on them as well. Every single person employed at this establishment is absolutely phenomenal. Always smiling, and making the most of their workday. Always, ALWAYS super polite and friendly, welcoming and attentive. I've never had to really wait for an order and if I did, someone still got with me right when I got there and let me know what was up. I've only eaten there once, and it was only because my doordash customer had changed their order, and so they had already made the original order, and it was no longer an order, just an extra, and dude was like "yo, you want these (whatever it was)?" And I was like taken a back! Like no way, are you for realio? Free food? What kind of question is that!? The answer was heel to the yessir imma take that and thank you very much. If what I just said, is against topper's policy, or going to get any employees in trouble, then I'm lying, that never happened, and I have a very overactive imagination, nice to meet you. Anyways, this is a super cool little hole in the wall place, with awesome vibes, awesome people, and awesome food. So go here, every time it's an option, go here. If you don't, you'll never be able to escape the what if, or even forgive yourself for being so selfish as to not grace the place with your beautiful presence, and quite honestly if that's the case then I don't think we can be friends anymore.
