this location doesn't actually have a kitchen that I can see? So they get the donuts brought in? The floors are sticky and crumbs and sprinkles everywhere. They were playing some house/trap music and half the lights were turned off. Reminds me of early 2000s club except less people passed out. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Coffee and Doughnut
Seating would be nice like in Bellevue. These are the best donuts around, but I one was a bit wonky last time, maybe because they were understaffed on the holiday. Raspberry donuts seem to be a speciality but everyone loved the Bavarian cream. Love the doughnuts and the coffee. Found that there is a cpl employee's who would rather chat with Each other then deal with customers. All the other top pots have super nice and inviting people. This one used too. Not sure what happened.
My partner and I love this shop for it's friendly staff, knowledge base of Redmond, and food. I'm not sure if there has been a change of management, but the last few times my partner/I have been in, we have to remind the barista that we ordered drinks, and then they don't make them properly--we end up grabbing an extra cup to mix our orders or going elsewhere after we leave. Italian sodas and coffees alike are dumped in cups and handed directly over with no additional preparation. The products are good, the customer service--not so much. Most times we go in is after morning rush, so the shop is empty aside from us--it feels like the barista just wants us to leave. I would recommend Soul Food or Starbucks (both across the street), and if you really want Top Pot doughnuts you can get them at the QFC bakery there too. I don't want to rag on this place or its staff, but it's disappointing as it used to be somewhere we frequented.

Recently discovered this place, it was my first time at this location. My boyfriend loves apple fritters and he said this was the best one he's ever had. The salted caramel dip donut is also great. I ordered the 2 donuts and a 12oz chai, came to about $9.50 The staff are very nice, atmosphere is super chill. I brought my laptop and hung out for a bit. This location also has some board games.

I remember going and I had cash, aka legal tender, and I was told that they were a cash free cafe. I then pulled out my phone to use google pay and they told me that they do not accept google or apple pay. This is simply not how you run a business, we are not living in the stone age.

My FAVORITE DONUT SHOP😋 100 percent recommend it's so good. Maple logs and raspberry filled are my favourites. They also are a very inclusive environment. Which we loveee.
The donuts and coffee are both super tasty, but you’ll have to pay a little extra as compared to other donut spots.
