Waited more than an hour for my food to be served. I guess there's only one chef cooking for all the customers. The restaurant wasn't full at that time though. Food is nice. Price isn't cheap as I thought it would be, nor very expensive either.
Location is very nice and the the seafood is also good, however nothing special. One issue is that it took them way too long for them to bring our meals. Rice with Shrimps was very good, grilled beef was okay.
Seafood was ok - freshly made. However, not as tasty as you can get from average restaurant in other big cities. Price is common but it's good to ask as some items they sell per kgs.
Nice hotel friendly staff poor management.
Booked rooms 5 months ago, they did not allocated till we arrived this were separated 3 rooms, was informed we could book a late checkout on the day of departure, then told we had to book out at 12:00hrs no late bookout told we could not pay for a room for another night as was fully booked, went on line to the actual hotel and could book a room for the night. Really go elsewhere in Bangkok much nicer places same price.
I use Ibis hotels throughout Europe I've never has such a poor service before.
