Wonderful small shop with the best pierogies in the region. For the negative reviews on the pierogies you either didn't follow the preparation instructions provided or they forgot to give them to you. You DO NOT DEFROST them.

I bought cookies which were good, and I boughtwo different types of pierogis, and two pasties, at the Easton farmers market. I bought them on my way out, and I don’t live but a few minutes from there (driving) I got home put the pierogis into the freezer ( they were still frozen) I took them out and placed them into the refrigerator to that for tonight’s supper. What a mess, when you unravel the paper they’re folded in, the dough just sticks, and the filling goes everywhere, you can’t tell the filling from the dough, needless to say that was 12.00 in the garbage. Then the pasties, which I still have, and they seem to be holding up ok. But I’d like to know why I was charged $11.00 a piece when on the menu they are cheaper? ,
Bought a shoo-fly pie at the easton farmers market from this bakery. The pie is awful. No spice or vanilla. Just sugar and molasses with a crust with a really strange taste. Will not go here.
