HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. For a place that’s constantly advertising their “drive up and go”, they don’t live up to their promises at all. Most of the time half my order is substituted or out of stock, but then I go in the store and find what I ordered IS in stock. They’re lazy. Most substitutions don’t even make sense. And don’t bother ordering produce, they will give you inedible garbage. See photos attached. Anytime I order bread, milk, or eggs they’re literally expiring in 2-3 days. Grapevine doesn’t have many options, but i’m done settling for this place.
The customer service desk agent working tonight Dec 26th at 8:00pm was paged by the pharmacy twice to get a price override. When my husband walked over to customer service, they were ignoring the phone ringing and talking. He told her that they have been trying to get ahold of her. She said “Chill out Bro”. Then she called him dude. This was beyond unprofessional and their employees don’t do their job. Is this what our world is coming to?

My very first time in a Tom Thumb....I am very impressed ordered some Cole cuts exceptionally good sliced the way i like very friendly service went to the produce area very well stocked great organic section to the meat area again great organic items. I have to say a 8.5 all the way...just 2 things isles were very close together and the cashier nice but not so personable great store will be coming back for sure
Friendly and helpful employees. Everything was tidy and neatly arranged. Fresh seafood area was well stocked and everything looked fresh and immaculate on display for you to inspect. No unpleasant smells, just fresh seafood aromas. They also have a nice selection gift and greeting cards.

One or two workers were actually happy to be there, the cashier didnt even understand how the store works and she was not new to the store. Items are pretty expensive and i saw some items that were "on sale" the price they were a last week overall a sad and shady experience. Edit they claim to strive to provide a great experience for customers but fire all helpful and happy staff they cant beat down while keeping the rude and uncaring ones that arent managers
This store is the WORST customer service experience you will ever have. One or two mistakes is fine, I've worked in retail, I understand. But when every employee consistently trips over their own feet it's unacceptable. Employees are straight up rude, none of their systems ever work, none of the employees ever know what they're doing, where they should be, or what they should be doing. I live down the street from this store and will never be returning. Genuinely a 0/5 experience. Better off at the 40 year old walmart on 26.
The Mgr of Starbucks is rude, aggorant and condescending. He acts like I putting him out, when I place a order. Always leaning on the counter. I will not go to Starbucks if he is there.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. The store is stocked with expired product. I moved to buying all in-store after 25% of the pickup groceries were expired repeatedly. Forgot to check one expiration date for a baking mix I bought on July 29 and it had expired June 20, 2023. The entire store is littered with expired product still on the shelves. Do yourself a favor and check the dates.
