Great grocery store. Everything was, well, organized, clean, and in-stock. Friendly employees. We were getting a few things, and decided to try fried and grilled chicken. Husband loved it. $6.99 for 8 piece. For the price and taste, it's a very good chicken. We will be shopping here again.

I ordered a cake that had a discontinued image that was told to me the day of my sons birthday which is completely unacceptable. So on the day of his birthday I had to try and find the most important thing for a birthday boy which is his cake. This is a sad establishment performance. I’m never spending money with this place again and I hope those who see this never will as well.

Store was nice and clean as always. I bought 4 items, 3 of the items were clearance items. I went to the self checkout, their were hardly any customers at the time. I did not realize that the employee had to ring up the clearance items . When she came over she was very rude and I clearly was bothering her from her just standing there doing nothing job. She was not busy at all and there was no need for here to be rude telling me in a annoyed tone to go to the regular checkers next time, it's easier. LOL easier, guess her job is to just stand at a desk and not walk 3 feet and hit a couple of buttons to help a customer check out! Still love the store

They always carry nice flowers selection, my experience today went above and beyond all my expectations I went today to pick up some flowers and cake for some special event, the store associate really do her best to help me select flowers bonds for that event didn’t get her name unfortunately, when it come to pick up some cake, Molly was awesome and the great person I have ever met, she took her time explain the cakes on the display, also helped me to choose the cake I want, when it comes to writing I let her know that I need it in another language 😄,she really accepted that challenge and win a big time, bellow is the photo for that cake also for any one curious what حمد الله على السلامة mean (Thank God for your safety!).

Molly in the bakery decorated a cake for my family's baby shower, and it was amazing. She was cheerful, helpful and talented. The cake design (her idea) was flawlessly done! Tasted great too!

It’s a grocery store!
They have a good selection overall. Prices are fair and competitive for the area. Produce selection is good, and fresh. Customer service is good, very friendly. Not sure how the proposed merger is going to go between Albertson’s (which owns Tom Thumb) and Kroger. Hopefully it will not drive prices up!

Great place to come and get groceries. Everything is neat and in its place! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They even have a flower shop and a Starbucks!

Tom Thumb is pretty amazing!! They have a large variety of items and freshly made products. I went to buy a sandwich and bought some stakes and these new cheese chips made by Taco Bell. I will say I was disappointed I couldn’t order a sandwich to be made (Italian sub), but a gentleman by the name of Kyle was very helpful. He took me to where they displayed the daily made sandwiches. He also thorough explained all the different types to me, which I liked. Thank you Kyle!
I would look to Tom Thumb for your grocery needs!

I especially love the meat dept. They will cut any cut the way I ask. The have the best quality of meats overall, than any other market. Period ! And the veges are top notch, too !! Look at the deal I picked up today.
