Dozens of instances of being mischarged. Last mistake was over 10% of the total bill. (Approx $25) READ your receipt diligently every time you visit. Will start posting photos of corrected receipts soon!
This last year I have noticed three things: product missing from the shelves ( grape jelly, Powerade zero and stove top cleaner. 2.The quality of the produce has declined 3 constantly asking for donations. When I say no then it’s what about your change? I use to go several times a week can’t donate each time. Groceries are at an all time high and mainly I donate to my own charities. So I will no longer use this store as my primary grocery store. Thanks for the 20+ years.
Clean grocery store and the sale is awesome. Prices are a bit higher on a normal days, but their sale items are pretty good. Download their app and use digital coupons will save you quite a bit of money. Their produce are fresh and last awhile for us in the refrigerator. They have self check out and it is hardly busy. It's in a shopping center with plenty of parkings.
For the most part, Tom Thumb is really good and we've been ordering from this store for a few years now. Today, however, I had a horrible experience and I understand that it is a holiday, however, the way I was treated was just awful. I did a quick pickup with 1 item, my email stated I had until 8 pm to pick up my order. I showed up at 4:30 or so and waited at least 20 min until I called and was told that they were going to see if someone was there. I called a second and third time to check in and was told the manager "was in it". After a few more min. I called back again to check in and Charles the operator hung up on me twice. I had to get off of my car FROM THE PICK UP SPOT and walk into the store. I requested a manager only to be told the manager was meeting with another manager. I waited a few min when a manager came out and said they would help me out. I did get my one thing, and was told that the pick up closes at 4:00 pm. My question is...when has the customer not come first???
I had to ask 6 employees where items were and 3 were managers. The answer I got was we are out, or just pointed. Didn't offer to check backroom or scan the item to see if they had it. It's like that every time I go in there. I just figured I'd finally write a review. I believe her name was Lisa, very rude associate.
One of the employees at the bakery lost the picture for my cake and instead of calling me, they cancelled my order and said I never gave them the picture for my cake. The manager was also very rude, however, the gentleman that took my order was very nice and apologetic. This is very unprofessional on their behalf, considering they never informed me that my order was cancelled.
Love this local Grocery store… it’s BIG and has everything in stock! Never to crowed. The produce and floral is amazing!!!
And of course a Starbucks!!

Love this store! They understand how to bring grocery shopping up to the next level. I wish there was one where I live.
The store was immaculate. The employees were available and helpful. I didn’t have to run all over the store trying to find someone. Everything was in its place and organized to where my brain would think items belong.
Normally, I have anxiety the second I enter a grocery store but this one was so calming for some reason. The music they played was soothing. Some stores make me want to run back to my car 😂.
I found everything I was looking for. The variety of items was awesome.
I would highly recommend shopping here.
For now, just being opened, it is super nice and we'll stocked. Lots of variety in everything from Asian spices to wine. All meats, vegetables, and fruits look good (see pix). Only time will tell if it stays this way. The fuel station also carries diesel, which is nice. Taking a star off because of how much more expensive they are than any other grocery store for the same items.
