This Tom and Jerry Restro & Bar is at balkumari between Suryakot gate and CCRC college.I visited on the opening day of this bar I enjoyed a lot. first of all I thought it's too expensive dish but as it compared to other bar it's good price Quite expensive for a beer however service was good, staff were friendly and music was good! Picked up much later on in the evening! Great place for a short group! On the wall there is the Drawing of Tom and Jerry Which looks awesome. Nice place
