Best service ever, great food, don't have wait to get our order. Go to both Astoria and Seaside sites, love them both but Seaside is my favorite of the two

Teriyaki Chicken Dish
My fiancé and I drive nearly 2 hours each way to eat here. Easily some of the best sushi on the oregon coast and the staff is extremely friendly as well. Shoutout to Terrance (I believe that’s his name) for serving us, he was very friendly and happily answered any questions we had. We will definitely be eating here again. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and try out Tokyo Teryaki. 🙂

Nice folks but if you are looking for good Sushi, 🍣 Look elsewhere.
Most have way too much rice and cream cheese.
Not enough sauce and the inside should not be that dry.

We love Tokyo Teriyaki in Seaside. Terrence is the most accommodating and helpful person. He knows our order and how we like our order, if I forget to add something he will ask because I have ordered that way in the past. We so appreciate Terrence and the food is great!

I am not a huge sushi fan but we love the gyoza's and vegetable rolls at most sushi restaurants. We tried Tokyo today, the sushi roll was drown in soy sauce and sea weed was so tough I could not chew through it (had to not eat it) the gyoza came with nothing when we asked for a side of mustard and gyoza sauce as per customary and had received in years past from this establishment to which we were told" we don't have any" I will not be back this was hands down the most disappointing sushi I have ever TRIED to eat( I ate 2 pieces of the roll pulling seaweed out of both unchewable bites and a bit of the boring sauce less gyoza. I would suggest you reconsider and try the other sushi establishments in town (there are 3)

Roll
Decided on Beef bento box, substantial amount of food, more than most bento boxes
Pros, sushi roll was good, the beef was sweet & saucy, the rice was good, and the salad was nice with a rice vinegar dressing was refreshing.
Cons, the tempura batter was a bit thick, slightly soggy by the time we got back to hotel, but to be expected..also on vacay, so picking a good restaurant is hard to do.
I got the Hawaiian Roll. I liked the slices of tuna on top, with a crab & cream cheese mixture & cucumber inside. The tuna was fresh, I should have asked for spicy mayo & eel sauce on the side, if they had it. Food was fresh.
They have Ramune like drinks.
Nicely packed for our trip back to hotel room. The food was on par for most of the restaurants around here, what we ordered was sufficiently healthy for on the road dining.
Employees were super friendly.

Nice staff, clean tables, nice sized portions. I had the Beef Teriyaki Bowl and I really enjoyed the steamed veggies, rice and sauce. Unfortunately, two large strips of my beef had gristly fat strippings and could not be eaten. I would definitely go back, but I would do chicken over beef.
