I ordered the Shoyu Ramen Bowl with white chicken , Cali poke rolls, a chocolate chip cookie and lemonade via Uber Eats and it was great!👍🏾 The ramen bowl is a flavorful, outside the “box” of usual take out , healthier choice for lunch. And it’s filling. I’m saving my rolls for dinner. 😋 I am very satisfied with my order. The plus is they actually included utensils, napkins everything I needed. Everything was packaged neatly. This is refreshing since I have been having horrible experiences lately with takeouts other restaurants. And being that I live with chronic illness that limits me physically at times, I’m not always able to pickup my order. The food here is great, with highly customizable bowls, pretty decent California rolls, and a tasty peanut sauce. Can be a little skimpy on the protein for my liking, so I usually pay a little to add more. Seemed to be fresh ingredients but the steak was over cooked and dry. The pot stickers kept this from being a 2 star review, I’d give those a 4 star. The food was quite disappointing. I am from out of town and was looking for some noodle dishes. I got the shoyu ramen and the thai noodle. I was wanting to really enjoy these dishes but honestly, they both fell on the mark. The ramen is not ramen as there is barely any broth. The ingredients were okay. Nothing spectacular and they just don't blend like ramen tends to be. The thai noodle was terrible. That thai peanut sauce, i am not sure what they do for theirs, but it made my food unedible. Have had other dishes with thai peanut sahce and i can't describe what that was supposed to be, just made me gag (i wish i was exagerating). We are regular customer for years and we love everything so far. I tried the new General Joe's Soup Bowl. It was good but they served black salt a little heavy making the dish saltier than I wanted. It was busy night but they served our food fast. Sign up for email and they send bogo meal every now and then. Great selection of delicious, customizable menu items. Refreshing flavored tea and lemonade in addition to the usual carbonated fountain drink offerings. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. First time at Tokyo Joe's with my husband & son and we were not disappointed. Everything was so fresh, delicious and portions were very generous. I had enough for lunch the next day. Btw, they have a big selecion of teas to drink. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
