My husband has always liked Tokyo's sushi and I their Beef Nagamaki. Well, we ordered food for pick up this past Friday night. I do not know if they have changed owner's but the quality of the food seems to have taken a turn for the worse. My entrée was way over cooked and looked like it shrank to half the size it use to be. My beef was so dark and so small!!! I had gotten a side of fried rice and even that tasted different. My husband's sushi was average he said for the price. He said that he thinks they have lost a step. This place was always our go to in Kokomo but not anymore which is sad because there are not great restaurants in Kokomo. We usually have to go towards Indy to get decent food. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
