My son, who hasn't been sick in years, started throwing up within 3 hours of eating a burger at this place on 2/23/24. The suspected food poisoning carried into the next morning. My wife called and spoke with a manager on 2/24. The manager assured her that the general manager would follow-up. Due to not receiving a follow-up, my wife placed another call again on 2/29. Once again, she was assured that the general manager would follow-up. Unsurprisingly, the general manager has yet to follow-up six hours later. In addition to the poor management, the food was terrible. My wife couldn't even finish her dry chicken and waffles. The wait staff needs additional training. Prior to ordering, my wife asked the waiter about the street tacos. The waiter said not to get them because they always come out cold. The table my family sat at was sticky and clearly hasn't been cleaned. Gameplay was bleh. The ping pong table's net was broken. The floor where my family played Cornhole was dirty with food crumbs.
