Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Fresh handmade noodles (moringa, pumpkin or sweet potato), as well as flat bread (pumpkin or sweet potato). Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Wow it's a great story. Ideally situated under the double protection of the great cathedral and the great ministry of education, these great freshly made noodles, a.k.a "mie", are both holly good and well made by great educated chefs. Seasoned by a timorese twist of great "modo", side dish toping, made out local great fresh vegetables, make this "mie" place, the place to mie. As vegetarian i am happy to find a no-MSG "fu...ing Masako" really descent alternative to my favorite over flavorised Msg classic super mie and warung. It Looks they have meat option, but this is already not my area of review. Staff is great, price are great, usd 3,5 the dish, 50 cts herbal tea. I told you, it's a great story. Oh! I forgot to say. It's own by a former staff of the former delicious hypee, trendie, "Agora food studio". Maybe I will be able to use my fidelity card and finaly get my free coffee?
Where else in the world can you get flavourful hand-made moringa noodles with a generous serve of healthy veggies and Timorese ai-manas chilli pickle? Julio and his team keep one attentive eye on the patrons and two dexterous hands on their sweet potato bread production. The value is as excellent as the serving is generous. Gostu los!
Lovely place directed by an energetic and enthusiastic fellow. The culinary twist given to a simple dish (mie) makes it worth a visit and return - especially when considering that most alternatives are fairly MSG-heavy. Will be coming back!
