I loved it , its my first time , great coffee , delicious donuts , very reasonable price .. location the new mall is very good .. the only thing is that its too little staff for such big amount of clients.. we had to wait long specially that it was saturday Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person KWD 2–4 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The good employees are those who can manage to keep the regular customers loyal. Tim Hortons employees know how to manage it. There was this nice lady who works usually at my regular visit time at around 6:20pm. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name yet but she’s quite polite and helpful! Thanks! Food/drinks were mediocre at best and atmosphere were alright although the chair was loose and close to breaking, cant say the same for staff, a little inhospitable especially with kids let alone let out a small welcoming smile.
