So I’ve not been to a Tim Hortons in a while simply because I don’t live by one but decided to stop and grab a bite. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and hash brown, when I bit into the hash brown it was hard as heck!! I went right back and complained about it. The young lady told me they typically don’t sell it after breakfast. I completely understand that, but why would you sell it?!? When you placed the hash brown inside the bag you should’ve known or been able to feel that it was extremely hard and knew that it was old! This may seem really petty, and I’m not trying to be petty actually just trying to Make a point. I did go back and they replaced it for me with a different item And I appreciate that, but it’s the principle… Food: 1 Service: 5

dont know if the rest of my donuts are like this too but this donut is not cooked all the way and i could taste the egg in it still. thats not safe considering i could get salmonella from this Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Caramel Iced Latte

Everyone needs time off for the holidays. BUT you did not switch off your signs, the (now we know) automated voice still welcomes us at the drive thru… Very disappointing to loyal customers.

The best Tim's location in West Michigan (yes, I've been to all of them). My Farmers Wraps are always hot, made correctly, and served in the cardboard sleeves like they're supposed to be. Drive-through line can get pretty long, but the wraps are worth the wait. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful way to start the day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hello? Are we ever gonna open the inside here ever again? Customers would love to come inside and use the bathroom or sit down and enjoy, and if u don't have enough staff I don't want to hear it we just got 2 millions migrants that can work and open up your inside here please it's been closed since covid years ago Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love strawberry refresher. But I always order lite ice n extra strawberry depending on who working I get what I like. Today I didn't get what I ask for this is 4th time . So I went to other Tim Hortons got exactly what I want .I guess I'll drive further to get what I want now on ! Right one taste like coconut water with a little strawberry flavored. Not happy . I love some of the workers they nice .

Foods good and so is service, but going through the drive-thru, I am consistantly disappointed with the donuts. Always, they are mushed into a bag and their frosting is completely stuck to the paper. There must be a better way to bag them
