Everything is wonderful with the service and the store but it seems to me that every time I use my spare credit card at that store I get an email report alerting me that someone is trying to use my card and it seems as if Tim Hortons may have some credit card thieves working .

Went at 11am on Friday and was in and out of there in 4 minutes with my order. Fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this location over the other local ones!

Completely broken retail operation... and it is absolutely pointless to order ahead online. At 8:58AM, I placed and paid for an online order for two Take 12 boxed coffees so I could bring them to an event that started at 10:00AM. I arrived at the store at 9:30AM, told the staff my name and order details, and they said that they could not find my order in their system. After giving them my order number, they found the order in their system and told me to sit in my truck and wait until they brought the order out to me. My order wasn't ready until 9:48AM, and I was late for the event I was bringing coffee to. Thanks Tim's!
It is very clear that this store is not staffed or managed properly. When I came in the store, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with several staff walking past me and absolutely no one greeting me, or telling me that someone would be with me soon, or getting a staff member to come to the counter to ask how they could help me. Additionally, once the staff found my pickup order in the system and were aware that they were keeping me waiting for an event, they made no effort to prioritize it and it took them well over 10 minutes to fill the two boxed coffees and bring them out. Very poor service.

I never get a good tasting coffee here in comparison to every other Tim Hortons in the area. The service is argumentative even if your right. I don’t trust their food safety either based on multiple incidents. Three stars is because my doughnut was legit this time.

UPDATE: We visited today and the food was great and the employees were very friendly.
We have been customers at this Tim Hortons for a long time and it has gone downhill so quickly. Over the last couple of months the quality of the food and drink has been hit or miss to say the least. The breakfast sandwiches/wraps are cold 50% of the time. The watermelon lemonade tastes like light pink water... even when we ask for extra watermelon flavor. We were unable to return with the bad food and drink this morning because we had to get to work. The person we spoke to on the phone told us to bring the bad drink back tomorrow! So, I now have to carry this bad drink everywhere I go today. This situation has been so badly mishandled. We are going to drive out of our way to go to another Tim Hortons.

Whoever was at the front on 5/12/23, I told her that I would take a second to look at the menu. She then took the order of someone who came in two minutes after me as I was standing in front of her ready to order.
I went through the drive thru to complete my order and that person was nice.
Edit: Their "expert" when contacting them via the link they replied with did nothing.

We had a very large carry out order on a Monday and their lobby was closed to the public.
They let me come in and place the order, they were very nice about it and quick.

Good service, comfortable seating, and good food. Spinach and egg white omelette bits heavenly. Had meetings with someone and no one rushed us. Looking forward to coming back.
