There's one female manager who has NEVER once gotten my order right. The coffee is always over brewed, hashbrowns are always crunchy, and orders are never done right... she's awful. Today, I asked for a meal, and when she was short on hashbrowns, she was going to let me walk out the door without my hashbrown or donut. I got a donut after trying to order ANOTHER hashbrown and walked to my car and found my MEALS hashbrown wasn't there. Basically saw one of your employees freak out on a man. Witnessed the whole situation. He was very calm and polite. She called the police on the man and was faking screaming help he's hitting me while he was setting in the car with his infant child.
