Food is delicious! However it was raining and cold on a Friday night. And after making a Online order that would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting on a line that went down the street for 35 minutes. They need to have a better process then just letting people stay outside. Maybe send someone out to get people there orders in a timely fashion. It was a very frustrating situation. So people need to keep this in mind when ordering on the weekend or a game day. Took two hours to arrive, grilled cheese had no cheese, pizza was freezing cold. No discount offered. They let only one driver take a Friday night. No warning given that it would take so long but they knew, they admitted it when I called at 90 minutes to find out why it hadn’t arrived. At 2 hours we tried to call to cancel and they did not answer the phone. Edit: they refunded our order. My review has been edited. They have good food and their pizza especially is very good. So, I just ordered a crispy chicken wrap and I got grilled and I also ordered jalapeño poppers and I got fries lol what a joke. The young workers in there just don’t care. Finally, when I took the wrap out of the bag it unfolded everywhere and now it’s hard to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There’s no seating so atmosphere is not at play here, but the Dirty Pie is the best. It’s ruined all other pizzas for me… Except the pistachio pie at Stella. But that’s all the way in Philadelphia. Terrible greasy thick crust pizza typical of Delaware county. Edit: Watched an employee wipe his nose with his hand twice and handle food on a recent visit, in the middle of cold/flu/covid19 season. Edit: Teach your employees how to use a fryer. Wings were burnt to a crisp

The last two times we ordered from here (within the last month) we asked for a mushroom pizza among other items. The first time were were given pepperoni, the second time the pizza was just plain. We didn't take them back or call because it's pizza and we have been going to Thunderbird forever, but check your order before you leave to make sure you are getting the right stuff. Thunderbird, if you're out of mushrooms, just let the customer know ahead of time instead of giving different pies. Thanks! Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 4

Pizza was great, wings were good, but skip the cheesesteak! I basically spent $12 on a roll and I got extra cheese I don’t even know what I paid because i didn’t get receipt. I should have taken a picture because it is unbelievable that was allowed to go out the door. Another reviewer posted a pic (Amber) and I think mine had less meat if that was possible. When I seen the pic I laughed and said to my wife there is the cheesesteak I just got. So this must be their MO no meat on their steaks. I know cost are up but charge a little more and put some meat on your steaks. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
