I don't recommend this Thornton's. I'm a Uber driver. I usually stop by gas stations for drinks. I seen they had case that had 32 bottled water in there. There wasn't a price. I went up front to ask. I ask younger man how much it was. What I could hear him say he can't. I was confused why he was up front then. Other lady said I need to bring it up front. The case was heavy and wasn't going to bring it up front for price check. I really didn't like there attitudes there. I ended up leaving and going to gas station next door. I never had issues with Gallatin location. It kinda upset me. I know what customer service is. I do it everyday and this isn't it.
On February 3rd I bought six pack of Woodo Ranger IPA beer, after drinking it with a friend we both got really sick next day, vomiting all day. When I checked the expiration date of a beer it had Best Before Date 19 Nov 2023. After talking to the store manager I got no help, was told to take it to beer manufacturer.
Me and my wife live only half a mile away from your gas station in past three years we bought all of our my gas, beer, and snacks here. Very disappointed how I was treated by manager today! I will make sure I will never stop at this location ever again.
My husband found out that he bought expired IPA beer there when he got sick after drinking it. Took it to the store, they never acknowledged it. Next time will take our business elsewhere.
Young cashiers are rude and don't bother to say thank you or even allow you the time to enter your phone number so you can get the discount. They are more concerned with talking to each other and act like you're bothering them. What's the use of having a discount card when you can't use it?
My family took a car here to fill up with gas and somehow the auto-shutoff system malfunctioned and filled the car far past full, to the point that gas was leaking all over the ground. As soon as the gas pump was removed from the car, gas was pouring everywhere, creating a potentially unsafe situation. When my family alerted staff to the situation immediately, the man who spoke to us, Luis, was extremely rude to my mother when she asked for something to clean up the spill. We were told they couldn't do anything about it and there was nothing absorbent for us to clean up the spill. Not only did we overpay for gasoline, but were also treated very poorly and ended up in an unsafe situation. It baffles me to think a gas station has nothing to clean up spills, nor did they do anything to check why the pump malfunctioned or place it out of order so that the problem could be fixed.
Cashier was eating pork skins and sipping on a drink. Very unprofessional. I think he over charged me and didnt even offer receipt. I was in a hurry and he already took his sweet time to charge me for one bottle of coke. 06/27/2015. 3:45 pm
I have been charged double for cigarettes 2 different times at this store. I had receipt but they said I had to call corporate. What a hassle. I have been going to this same store for appx 10 yrs, every week. No more! I guess I'll just have to eat the $40.
Service is always fantastic. Staff always greets you with a smile and there are always great deals if you are a rewards member. I go out of my way to go to this store instead of one closer to my home just because the service is so good.
Great Gas Station. The manager Steven very friendly and works butt off keeping it clean and organized. Love coming into a station that is clean inside and out. Thanks to this new manager.
