The team members do not help once a once I bit they seen me having difficulties and didn't help one bit. I was using the self-checkout and they were just sitting there staring at me telling me my cards are declined. Not even trying to help me at all. Just sitting there staring at me seeing that I was frustrated. Then when I was walking out the door they made a smart remark saying. Have a nice day. Like all right you need to get up and do your job not sit there cause there a self-checkout very bad customer service
Absolutely 1 star I got here to pump diesel for my semi truck I got $0.30 off per gallon from the app. I got here pump 150 gallons and they didn't give me the discount. The employee behind the register was clueless ask for the manager. The manager was clueless also. The answer was we don't know I'm sorry.
This is NOT OK 150 gallons at $3.99 per gallon $0.30 is $45 and I got here olny because of that discount.
Truckers:
Quiet, clean store. Free parking. Only about 10 spots but there's usually one available even late at night. There's some cold food like sandwiches and salads. They have the typical roller grill offerings like polish sausage/hot dogs/taquitos, and they had a few hot sandwiches in a warmer. A little bland, but not bad. Just spice them up. Lots of drink options. I think they had beer too. Employees were quick, helpful, and polite. All the counters and floors were clean. Bathroom was dry and clean, no foul odors. New store. I hope they keep it this way.
Call to asked for price of diesel fuel and clerk was absolutely rude “Sir I have a lot going on in front of me and I can’t tell you my gas prices” then hangs up. Poor customer service 12:10 am Saturday, Management needs to give class on proper etiquette 🤷🏾♂️
I have been to the store in 6 times it was convenient because I live in Carpentersville and I work in Crystal Lake unfortunately I will never go back to that store again they don't make the iced tea in the morning at all I had to call the 1st time they didn't have any unsweet iced tea I was very disappointed they were said they were busy then when I called I asked them to make unsweet iced tea and they said they did and when I arrived they made sweet tea only then I called again today and they didn't make any tea so I asked him if they could make unsweet tea walked in in a hurry to get to work and had no time to get iced tea because they didn't make it that very disappointed I think you need to talk to them about making on sweet tea as much as I do as 10 pots of coffee
I do not like the idea that they only have self check with no other option when there was 2 employees sitting at the counter and no coffee ready, I won't be back.
