It's always very clean. The employees are very kind and quick moving. They help you choose when you don't know what you want. I always get the same thing. The red velvet mocha it's so good but yesterday(between 2and 3) it was something special about it. Extra love put into it. Just want to say thank you! 💜 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Their ice machine is fixed! Now every time I come in I’m able to enjoy the most delicious coffee in Odessa!!! Thank you!!! Definitely recommend! The coffee is very good. Probably one of the best. ONLY reason I give it 1 star is because they NEVER have ice. If you want an ice coffee, you have to go purchase your own ice some place else and bring it in.They don’t even offer you a discount or an apology for the inconvenience. I asked the baristas for a manager and they said they weren’t in. I asked for an email or phone number to contact the owner or management to let them know to fix their ice machine and they couldn’t provide me with one. I wonder if this public review will reach them since they don’t have a private way for the customers to contact them. I’ll change my review to 5 stars once they fix their ice machine

My favorite coffee! The workers are always super nice. You can create so many combinations for your drink which is so fun, the menu is so open with a large selection. The prices are reasonable. The make the drinks pretty quickly. My favorite so far is the mint mocha it’s on the sweet side but it’s so good. I wish they made more Thirsty Turtles outside of the mall hecause i can’t always go on that side of town.
