We were getting together with family near Lincoln over the holidays and someone suggested checking out this new bar, The Thirsty Rooster. Some had been there when it was under previous ownership. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. We even got to meet the new owners! It is a much bigger bar than we had expected and we understand that they are working on a menu and will be serving food soon. We only wish that we had one just like this one near our home in Champaign! We'll definitely be back to party and check out the menu!
