This wine bar says it’s open at 3pm but we stood outside in the pouring rain for 25 minutes past the open time. The sign said open and lights were on but the door was locked. Finally left at 330 since it seemed no one was going to actually open it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
